Veronica Lejsved has worked with HR for almost 25 years. She has been in management position at Ericsson, Volvo Trucks, Bauhaus and now at Boliden. Her values are simplicity, authenticity and clearness, and those are her main threads with everything she does. She has taken her motto from master Yoda "Do or do not, there is no try". But to be able to do, you need to make a choice based on the information you need. Veronica believes in freedom of choice: we all need to take action and we need to be responsible for them.
