Lynn Rutter is a senior HR professional who has experience in all aspects of HR management at both strategic and operational levels. She has a wide experience of working at Board level. Her experience includes start ups and mature companies, public and private sector plus Non Government Organisations (NGOs). Lynn has worked in multi-national companies and high-technology environments, has an extensive international and multi-site experience, working across national and cultural borders.
