How we do it
This is how it works:
1. Give us a call or send us an email and let us know of any special requests you may have. You do not need to have a ready concept, we will do it together. Step by step we will formulate a goal, a budget, a time frame and all practical details. During our first contact with you we will determine your needs and requirements.
2. We begin our search process. We search our databases and use the material from our previous events to find personalities to match your needs. We will contact personalities we think would be perfect for your event.
3. We get back to you with our suggestions for speakers/hosts/entertainers. You can choose one or more of them - or none at all. The choice is yours. The work we have done so far is free of charge for you. If you choose to book one of our suggested personalities you give us your authorization. We will then book one of more of the suggested speakers and charge you half of the agreed price. The other half will be charged along with the billing for the event. We will take care of all practical details regarding the contract and that the speaker/speakers contact you well before the event to go through any special requests you may have.
4. After a completed assignment we will together evaluate the results and you will rate the speaker/speakers and even us at Speakersforum.
