Pekka Paloheimo on erittäin kokenut myynnin ja asiakastyöskentelyn ammattilainen, joka on ehtinyt nähdä ja tehdä elämässään paljon. Paloheimo on käynyt koulua Perussa, työskennellyt Kreikassa, Italiassa ja Espanjassa, johtanut isoa myyntiorganisaatiota 24 –vuotiaana (Holiday Club Finland Oy) ja rikkonut tulosennätyksiä myynnin erikoisosaajana tunnetussa Mercuri International Oy:ssä. Paloheimo luennoi ja valmentaa myös englanniksi ja on kiertänyt maailmaa myös konsultin työssään. Pekka tekee edelleen aktiivisesti myyntityötä, jota hän on tehnyt eri muodoissa viimeiset 20 vuotta. Uusimman haasteensa Pekka on ottanut vastaan ryhtymällä Oy Eero Paloheimo Ecocity Ltd:n toimitusjohtajaksi.
