Lynn Rutter is a senior HR professional who has experience in all aspects of HR management at both strategic and operational levels. She has a wide experience of working at Board level. Her experience includes start ups and mature companies, public and private sector plus Non Government Organisations (NGOs).
Lynn has worked in multi-national companies and high-technology environments, has an extensive international and multi-site experience, working across national and cultural borders.
She has in depth expertise in establishing organisational cultures, process evaluation and change management. On top of that Lynn has excellent influencing, communication and negotiating skills: strategic vision with practical implementing skills.
