Gurra Krantz is one of Sweden’s most merited sailors and has a vast experience from motivation, team work and leadership from his 4 Whitbread Round the World-races and one America’s Cup-race. He was the captain for Team SEB in the last Volvo Ocean Race.
To sail around the world means adjusting to an extreme environment where the team members often are big personalities and come from different cultural backgrounds. The team lives in a fairly small boat under extreme pressure and very hard conditions. From these experiences Gurra Krantz has gathered his knowledge and experience of why it is of crucial importance to work together as a team in order to reach your goals and get results.
